CURRENT UPDATE FROM THE DEA: NOVEMBER 2023
In order to avoid lapse in care for telehealth patients, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) have extended the Public Health Emergency (PHE) exceptions to the regulations that typically require an in-person physical exam and/or referral. This extension allows you to continue your ADHD treatment with us without the need for an in-person visit or referral until December 31, 2024.
Though not mandatory, we highly recommend establishing care with a primary care provider and having at least an annual physical examination every year.
If you decide to have an in-person visit, your clinician can complete a referral form and easily send it to us via email @In.Person.Forms@adhdonline.com or fax it to 616-210-3118. Alternatively, your practitioner can send a referral directly to us.

An added bonus is that this proactive step can significantly expedite the prescription filling process at some pharmacies.
