Not every person who takes an assessment with us is diagnosed with ADHD. Sometimes, depending on the individual's circumstances and symptoms our providers are not able to Diagnose ADHD even if it is present because further in-person evaluation is needed. This can happen when symptoms are similar between conditions, or when the history is very complicated. This scenario is not unique to our online testing. These situations arise during in person evaluations as well. We will always do our best to give you a clear report with clear recommendations for your next steps so that you can get the answers you need.
Helpful Tip: If you feel you left our important details or if you are not happy with your assessment report you may request to either add more information to the assessment for further review by the psychologist, or you can request a second opinion and we can escalate that request to the CMO or his designee to approve the second opinion.
