Do I need to schedule an appointment for the Assessment? Follow
No, your Assessment is completed by you at your convenience, when and where you want to complete it. After you submit your Assessment, it is assigned to one of our psychologists for evaluation. If our psychologist needs any further information to complete your review, they may reach out to you by phone to ask for that information. However, it is more likely they will not need to contact you. We then send you an email letting you know your results are ready and that you can review and download your report through your patient portal.
Helpful Tip: It works best to download your results on a laptop or desktop computer. We recommend using Google Chrome as your web browser.
