The fastest way to submit your medication refill request form is to fill out the Medication Refill support request ticket. You can do that by logging into your patient portal and clicking on the Support Page, and then clicking the Medication Refill Form link. Please complete the form in its entirety and submit it 3-5 business days before your run out of medication.
You may also call our contact center at 888-493-2343 and follow the prompts to leave a message on our medication refill line. All requests for refills are filled in 2-3 business days and you can watch for the medication to be sent to your pharmacy by looking at the Medications page in your patient portal.
Helpful Tip: Due to medication shortages, please stay in close communication with your pharmacist for any potential delays in filling your prescriptions. If you are not able to have your prescription filled due to the shortage, please complete a pharmacy transfer request form. Our providers recommend trying to stay at your preferred pharmacy if they will have stock available within one week.
