Why did virtual visit costs increase and when is it changing?

The cost of the Treatment follow-up visits is $169 per visit. This change was made to support the growth of patient support services and providers. 

For existing patients who purchased Treatment prior to January 30th, 2023, we have extended a six-month grace period. That means the Medical Treatment follow-up visit pricing will remain unchanged for you until July 31, 2023.  Any appointments scheduled prior to July 31 will be charged at the grandfathered rate of $99.

Helpful Tip: You must complete an Initial Consultation with one of our prescribing clinicians prior to starting any treatment through us.  You and your provider will decide on the best treatment path for you, which may or may not include medication.  The cost of the Initial Consultation is $199.  Thereafter, each visit will cost $169.
