Our policy regarding missed appointments is designed to uphold this commitment while also ensuring the best possible care for each individual.
If, for any reason, you find yourself unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you consider rescheduling it with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the designated time. We understand that life can present unexpected twists, and we want to provide you with the flexibility to adjust your appointment in a way that suits your well-being.
In situations where a patient isn't able to attend an appointment within the agreed-upon timeframe, we have implemented a no-show fee of $50. This fee helps us maintain the quality of service and accommodate the needs of all our patients. This fee will also apply when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled under 24 hours.
For your Initial Consultation we consider a "reasonable timeframe" to be within 10 minutes after the scheduled time. For Follow-Up visits, we allow a 7 minutes grace period after the appointment time. We believe this grace period is vital in recognizing that life's challenges can sometimes lead to slight delays.
It's important to note that we understand technology can sometimes act unpredictably, impacting virtual appointments. We encourage our patients to download the Zoom application and to test its functionality prior to visits. We also request that our patients log in 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit time.
Ultimately, our primary focus is on your well-being. We recognize that missed appointments can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond your control.
