Our missed appointment policy is designed to prioritize patient care while also respecting everyone's time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. A $50 no-show fee applies if appointments are missed without proper notification. This fee is in place to ensure quality service for all patients.
The fee is charged under the following conditions:
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours.
- Patient is late for the appointment beyond the specified grace period.
- Provider cannot proceed with the visit if the patient is not in their home state.
For the Initial Consultation, being within 10 minutes of the scheduled time is considered reasonable. For Follow-Up visits, a 7-minute grace period is allowed. We understand that delays happen, and we aim to be flexible. We recommend testing technology, like Zoom, before virtual appointments and logging in early to avoid any issues. If you miss an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please communicate with us. We prioritize your well-being and will work together to find a suitable solution for your mental health journey.
