To provide our customers with access to their existing support requests, we are launching an enhanced, personalized Help Center where tickets submitted after February 1, 2023, will be visible to users who submitted the request and have created an account in our patient portal.
If you are a registered user with an ADHD Online account, to view your requests simply:
- Log into the ADHD patient portal.
- Click on the “Support” link in the left navigation bar.
- Select the “See Your Requests” link under the “We Are Adapting” section on the support page.
- Alternatively, you can go to the Help Center home page by clicking on the “Help Center” link in the fourth bullet.From there, click on your name in the upper right corner of the page and choose “My Activities”.
Once selected, you will see any requests you submitted after you created your account with ADHD Online. After selecting a link to an existing ticket, you can add a comment or mark a ticket as resolved.
Helpful Tip: Users who submit tickets before creating an account will not be able to view support requests. Therefore, we strongly encourage users to create an account with ADHD Online prior to submitting a support ticket.
