Our Help Center allows patients to view their support requests if they have an account in the ADHD Online patient portal.
Steps to View Your Support Requests:
- Log into your patient portal.
- Click on the “Support” link in the left navigation bar.
- Select the “See Your Requests” link under the “We Are Adapting” section.
Once selected, you will see any requests you submitted after you created your account with ADHD Online. After selecting a link to an existing ticket, you can add a comment or mark a ticket as resolved.
Helpful Tip: Users who submit tickets before creating an account will not be able to view support requests. Therefore, we strongly encourage users to create an account with ADHD Online prior to submitting a support ticket.
