Does insurance cover the Assessment?

While we do not accept insurance, our services are reimbursed up to 100% by most insurance plans. We will provide you with an itemized statement to submit to your insurance company. You can also use your HSA and FSA accounts.

Helpful Tip: If you are a Medicaid member, ask your provider if they are Medicaid certified in your state. If they are not Medicaid certified, follow these steps: 1. Ask the pharmacy if they will accept cash pay, Good Rx discount, or other patient assistance programs for payment of your medication. 2. If they do not, please select another pharmacy.
