• Choose a quiet, private space free of distractions, interruptions, and background noise. 
• Ten minutes prior to the time of your visit, please launch the Zoom meeting (look for the link in your calendar appointment)
• Be sure to sign in with your first and last name so your provider can confirm your identity 
• Keep your eye on the chat feature, many providers will communicate with you there prior to your session.
• Your session will begin when your clinician starts the meeting on their end
