Before receiving a prescription for any medication from Mentavi Health, you must complete our online assessment. Once you submit your assessment, it will be reviewed by one of our psychologists licensed in your state. The provider will render a diagnosis and recommendations that may or may not be ADHD based on the clinical criteria required for the diagnostic process.
Our psychologists, therapists, and coaches cannot prescribe medications. To receive a prescription for ADHD, depression, or anxiety, you must consult with a medical treatment provider licensed to prescribe medications in your state. We offer Medical Treatment services in over 40 states, and you can choose to see one of our providers virtually or take your results to a local provider.
After receiving your assessment results:
To schedule an appointment with one of our providers, please make an initial consultation through your patient portal. During this appointment, you and your clinician will discuss your treatment options and develop a personalized treatment plan. This may include medication, therapy, or coaching recommendations. For prescriptions of controlled substances, the DEA allows prescriptions to be sent 30 days at a time.
To request a refill, please review how to Submit a Request.
