How long does it take to fill out the Assessment?

We understand that completing the assessment can be a significant time commitment.  For most patients or parents it typically take around 60-90 minutes to complete the assessment and we appreciate your willingness to invest that time in sharing your thoughts and experiences with us. 

While this is the average completion time, we want to assure you that there is no pressure or expectation for you to complete it within that timeframe. Your comfort and convenience are paramount to us, and you can take as much time as you need to thoughtfully answer each question.

We want to make this process as accommodating as possible for you. If you need to pause the assessment for any reason, you can do so without worry, and your progress will be securely saved. When you're ready to continue, you can simply pick up from where you left off, ensuring that your efforts and responses are never lost.

To ensure the most accurate and helpful results from the assessment, we recommend not filling in any questions that you're not ready to complete. Taking the time to provide thoughtful responses to all the questions you feel comfortable answering will allow us to better understand your unique situation and provide you with the most relevant support. If there is a question you are not ready to answer, simply leave it blank and come back later.
